Your body goes where your mind goes. It is accepted, that your mind can influence your body. But can you accept that concept? Your thoughts have a lot to do with how tired you feel. Mind over matter is a true statement.
Thinking positive is the key to having a productive life. Successful executive officers, championship athletes do it, and you should too. Taking a positive attitude is always a plus, instead of a negative one. When you're thinking of the good things that have happen in your life you feel uplifted. Wallowing in the bad experiences will not bring good energy into your life.
Positive thoughts bring positive ideas and feelings. Negative thoughts are just that, negative; nothing good will come out of them. So remove them from mind altogether. Would you want your favorite team or athletic saying before a game they know their not going to win or even try to play well? Or course not. You always want them to acknowledge that they will try to do their best to win the game.
Start to motivate yourself. It's hard to do anything if your not motivated. You can't accomplish very much if your energy is a low. You have to get your spirit in it. You need to find ways to get yourself going. Don't make your tasks so difficult that it would impossible for almost anyone to finishes. Be realistic. If you want to start riding a bike, don't plan to go on a 20-mile bike your first time out. Go for a 1 or 2-mile ride and see how you feel afterwords. You can work up to longer rides as your confidence builds. As your confidence builds, chances are good that if you feel you can do it, you will have the energy to do it.
Positive thing is just the first baby step you need to get start towards your goal of having more energy.
